CEO
Brady Beach
With over 25 years of residential construction experience in Orange County, Brady built BeachYard on a foundation of hard work. Raised in a family of builders, he began his hands-on education at 17, installing custom storefronts and glass doors alongside his uncles. By 19, he was working alongside master carpenters building high-end custom homes in Shady Canyon. Today, Brady is involved in every phase of the business. From consulting with clients and sourcing premium materials to running demolition and hauling trailers to the dump, he tackles every aspect of the business with a dedication to doing things right. This unwavering commitment to quality is exactly why clients trust BeachYard as their go-to carpentry and fencing experts, relying on Mr. Beach's team for immaculate installations of Japanese cedar, vinyl, aluminum, iron, composite and glass fences.
For Brady, the ultimate reward is working outdoors along the coast while building a legacy that supports his true passion: his family. Most days, you’ll find this father of five grilling steaks, coaching his kids, or cheering them on from the sidelines at their football, rugby, basketball, and soccer games.
Opperations Manager
Nicholas Monteferrante
Nicholas literally grew up in the fencing industry. Originally from Philadelphia, he learned the trade by installing fences alongside his dad and has over 20 years of hands-on experience. His father instilled in him the core values he still operates by today: honesty, hard work, dedication, and a constant drive for perfection. As our Operations Manager, Nicholas is the engine that keeps our projects moving. He handles everything from ordering materials and building the schedule, to managing our crews and being out in the field for quality control. He loves the fun, fast-paced environment at BeachYard and thrives on working alongside such a great team.
When he’s off the clock, Nicholas is a dedicated family man. You can usually find him cheering from the sidelines at his kids' soccer games, hosting family gatherings, cooking up authentic Italian food, or relaxing and watching sports.
Project Manager
Jonathan Warner
Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Jonathan got his start in the home improvement industry at just 18 years old working for a roofing company, where he quickly learned the grit and technical skills required for quality construction. With more than seven years of hands-on assessment experience, he is BeachYard's premier expert for project estimation. What truly sets Jonathan apart is his unwavering commitment to the customer. Inherently honest and trustworthy, he approaches every consultation not as a salesman, but as a problem-solver who genuinely wants to find the best possible solution for each client's specific yard, lifestyle, and budget. He loves the creative process of helping homeowners upgrade their properties. For Jonathan, the best part of the job is meeting new people, exploring the incredible homes throughout the community and designing awesome, customized fence builds.
When he’s not out walking fence lines, measuring property layouts, and writing up quotes, Jonathan takes full advantage of the sunny California coastal lifestyle. In his free time, you can usually find him serving it up on the tennis courts, heading down to the beach, or just enjoying the weekend hanging out with his friends and family.
Site Supervisor
James Reed
A Southern California native, James brings over 25 years of hands-on craftsmanship to the BeachYard team. He got his start in the trades at 18 years old, installing commercial cabinets alongside his stepdad. James has a deep appreciation for precision, measurements, and structural integrity. As our Site Supervisor, James is the meticulous eye overseeing the fine details of our builds. Armed with a van full of tools and the know-how to handle absolutely anything on a job site, he is the ultimate problem solver who truly does it all. His absolute strongest skill is his finish work; James is the reason our fences don't just stand strong, they look perfectly polished and pretty. For him, the best part of the job is working at beautiful homes and stepping back to see a flawless, aesthetically perfect finished product.
Off the clock, James is a dedicated family man. You can usually find him cheering from the bleachers at his son's football games, enjoying relaxing weekends at the park, or firing up the BBQ for quality family time.
Crew Chief
Ovel Estevez
Ovel is a true master carpenter who brings a wealth of nationwide experience to BeachYard Fence. Starting out as a laborer at just 18 years old, his relentless work ethic quickly propelled him to journeyman carpenter and eventually foreman. Over his career, Ovel has traveled across the lower 48 states, framing commercial structures and building high-end custom homes. In his day-to-day role as Crew Chief, Ovel is our ultimate problem solver and a dedicated team player who always has his crew’s back. Armed with the right tools, deep knowledge, and a solutions-first approach, he knows exactly how to get any job done right. A deep thinker who prides himself on being the absolute best at his craft, Ovel is a master with power tools and especially loves working with premium materials like the high-end Japanese cedar we use.
After years of traveling the country for custom builds, Ovel’s favorite part about working at BeachYard is staying local and having the luxury of going home to his family every single night. Off the clock, you can find him visiting his parents or tackling complex projects at his own house—proving that he can build—and troubleshoot—just about anything.
Lead Builder
Carlos Maya
With over 40 years of industry experience, Carlos is a true veteran of the trade. He first got his start in the business working alongside his family and has been perfecting his craft ever since. As our senior leader, Carlos is the guy we rely on for our toughest builds. While he might occasionally joke and ask if he can please just have an "easy job" for the day, he consistently steps up to take on the most challenging projects we face. Carlos is a master fence builder whose greatest asset is his wealth of knowledge—he has truly "been there, done that, and seen it all." No matter what obstacle arises on a job site, Carlos already has the solution. While he is far too humble to say it himself, some of his strongest skills are his incredible work ethic and unwavering professionalism. He never cuts corners and always makes sure the job is done the right way.
Carlos loves working outdoors, which makes building fences the perfect lifelong career for him. When he finally unstraps his tool belt for the weekend, you can find him relaxing at family gatherings or heading out to the water for a day of fishing.
Project Manager
Timothy Seibert
Born and raised in Savannah, Georgia, Timothy brings a unique blend of Southern charm and heavy-duty expertise to BeachYard Fence. He is an experienced iron worker and certified welder with 20 years of combined experience in the concrete and welding industries, dedicating the last nine years specifically to mastering his welding craft.
Tim handles the structural and custom metalwork at BeachYard. He genuinely loves his trade and brings an infectious sense of fun to the job site every single day. For Tim, the best part of the job is getting to work outdoors in the beautiful Southern California environment, meeting cool new people, and seeing the genuine happiness on a customer’s face when a project is perfectly finished.
Tim’s passion for his craft is so strong that he even works on personal welding projects in his free time. When he isn't striking an arc, he is an avid outdoorsman who loves exploring new places. You can usually find him mountain biking, camping, firing up the BBQ, or out rockhounding to find unique geological treasures.
